Renaissance Functional Training or R-FT combines the tuition of Personal Training and the motivation of Group Fitness with the proven results of High Intensity Interval Training.

All workouts are inline with our ultimate goal, ‘Building Strength for Life’.

Is it for me?

R-FT is for everyone. Unlike group fitness, your specific needs won’t be overlooked. The limited class number of just 6 members allows for tailored tuition to give you the attention you deserve.

Each day your Trainer will coach you as part of a small team through a bespoke 45 minute workout, pushing each individual to their correct level.

What should I expect?

Every day the workout is different but the effective structure remains the same.

As one, the team will dynamically warm up, mobilising and focusing their body for the workout ahead.

Each session then contains a functional strength element so you can finally learn how to squat, lift, and press correctly.

Then together, as part of a team, you will work through a compelling and challenging circuit to shed off body fat and optimise your fitness.

How do I get involved?

Every club member is welcomed to try a R-FT class. However, in order to provided such tailored tuition, class numbers are very limited. It is advised you book in advance with reception to avoid disappointment.
