INSTRUCTORS: Casey and Sam.

DURATION: 45mins.

Intensive indoor group training combined with Renaissance Functional Training. Combination of Push, Pull and Core exercises for improvemed upper and lower strength.

INSTRUCTORS: Mikhaela.

DURATION: 45mins.

Indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and can burn hundreds of calories in a session. It increases cardi fat burning, metabolic rate, cardio endurance and improves lung and heart capacity.

DURATION: 15mins.

Targeting those that have just completed Spin, this 15 min abs and core class will tone the abs, improve balance and stability, and increase endurance strength.

INSTRUCTORS: Mikhaela.

DURATION: 60mins.

1 hour full body resistance workout using combination of body weight exercises and weights equipment (not shared). Suitable for all levels of fitenss.

DURATION: 45mins.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Full body workout - fat burning! Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Cardio stretch class with core.

INSTRUCTORS: Kat.

DURATION: 60mins.

A form of exercise emphasing the balanced development of body through core strength, flexibility and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement.

INSTRUCTORS: Casey and Sam.

DURATION: 45mins.

Interval training with a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Participating in this class will improve athletic capacity and condition.
